Join us for an elegant three-course dinner in the beautifully appointed Grand Ballroom. Our award-winning chef has crafted a special menu featuring seasonal ingredients and both of our favorite dishes.

Appetizer Course

  • Pan-seared scallops with cauliflower puree
  • Vegetarian option: Roasted beet and goat cheese salad

Main Course

  • Herb-crusted beef tenderloin with red wine reduction
  • Pan-roasted salmon with lemon herb butter
  • Vegetarian option: Wild mushroom risotto

Dessert

  • Individual chocolate lava cakes
  • Fresh fruit tart (gluten-free option available)

Seating assignments will be posted at the entrance. We’ve thoughtfully arranged tables to encourage mingling between family and friends from both sides.
